Responsible use of products

Our products are manufacturedfor research and scientific use. The handling must be carried out by qualified personnel, acting in strict compliance with all existingapplicable laws and regulations. We cannot be held responsible for its use in other fields of application. For non-strictly laboratory applications, we recommend that you ask for our advice in each case. We decline any liability without this requirement. Our products are not considered and they cannot be used as a food, drug, medicine, cosmetic or, in general, product of public consumption.

Orders and Shipments

You can send us your orders by e-mail, telephone or postal mail, filling the “Purchase Order” form that you can download from the website. To manage your order we need that you fill in the information that NanoGetic SL requests in the Purchase Order.

Once NanoGetic receives the Purchase Order properly filled, a proforma invoice will be sent to you with the total amount of the purchase.

To confirm the Order, please return to us a signed copy of this proforma invoice by email or by postal mail.

There is not a minimum amount of order, as long as it is a product of the catalog. For any order, checkavailability and estimated delivery date, as certain products may not be available in stock. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse of the Health Sciences Technology Park to its recipient. As far as transport is concerned, we work with companies that assure us reliability in deliveries, which vary from 1 to 7 days depending on the geographical situation. Deadlines and delivery dates will appear on the confirmation of the purchase order. All deadlines and delivery dates are non-binding estimates unless expressly stated to be binding on the order confirmation.

Prices and Payments

The prices listed in the catalog are in euros and will be increased by current VAT and shipping costs. The shipping costs are detailed as follows: Spain + 10 € Baleares islands+12 € Ceuta, Melilla and Canary islands +32€ Europe +30€ Other international destinations (ask for shipping cost) Refrigerated shipments may carry a supplement cost. Prices are subject to revision, although the prices of written offers are guaranteed at least 30 days. In the case of important purchase volumes or scheduled orders there is the possibility of agreeing a discount, please contactus. The valid payment method for the products and / or services supplied by NanoGetic SL is by Bank Transfer to the account of NanoGetic SL. In the case of new customers, NanoGetic SL will request in advance the whole amount of the order before proceedingwith your order. For regular customers, the payment of orders must be made within 30 calendar days after the date of the corresponding invoice. In case of delay in payment, the right may be exercised and an increase of 8% per month in the value of the invoice will be penalized, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns, cancellations and claims

NanoGetic SL only accepts returns that have been notified in writing and received our agreement and our instructions for devolution. When you consider it appropriate to return a product, please call our sales department to inquire about the steps to carry out a return and to obtain the corresponding return authorization. The return will be made during the 15 days following the authorization, the merchandise will travel freight prepaid, in its original packaging, along with the documents of the shipment and under the responsibility of the customer. Product returns that have been tailor-made for the customer will not be accepted. The cancellation of orders causes administrative expenses (20% of the amount of the value of the canceled order), which must be borne by the client when the decision of cancellation is arbitrary and is not due to causes originated by NanoGetic SL. In case of a quality claim, please contact the commercial department of NanoGetic SL, detailing in writing the batch number and product reference, as well as the defects observed in the product. Then, the batch will bereanalyzed in our laboratories and we will give a technical answer to you as soon as possible. If the answer is positive, we will proceed to the replacement of the product, otherwise the claim is dismissed.

Warranties and Limitations

NanoGetic SL guarantees that the products sold comply with the specifications described in its data sheet or catalog at the time of delivery. NanoGetic SL makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. By accepting the product, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the consequences of its uses or improper use by the buyer, its employees or others third parties.

All products remain the property of NanoGetic SL until NanoGetic SL receives full payment. All products are for research use only and are not intended to be used in humans.
